Finding a home for Touch Compass


We are currently looking for premises to run our programmes and rehearsals. It will also be a dedicated aerial studio. This along with the need to be accessible has made it difficult to come up with the right venue in the right location at the right price.

Our studio needs:

Preferable Auckland city fringe location: Sandringham, Ponsonby, Morningside, Newton, Mt Eden, Newmarket, Pt Chevaliar

Type of building: Warehouse, community hall

Size: 400 – 600 sq metre

Metal support beams: height 6m to 8m (capable of suspending people on ropes)

Access: must have good access for wheelchairs and less mezzanine area

Disabled toilets: Space to install accessible toilet if one not already there

Floor: Wooden - If concrete we will lay a wooden dance floor
