Seeking Associate Producer for seven-week paid apprenticeship position. Starts 7 November!

Touch Compass is hiring!
Touch Compass is looking for an Associate Producer with a focus on artist support for an apprenticeship position to help us deliver a variety of works throughout the last months of 2022. This is a part time, seven-week position aimed at emerging producers/production managers looking to further develop their skill set.

The role will be mostly focused on logistics and artist support. Touch Compass also has several other ongoing projects during this time, including our international webinar series, and our education programmes.
Outside of these projects the role will assist in developing the production plans for our 2023 year. Time will also be given to individual mentorship and skills development based on the needs and desires of the successful candidate.
Priority will be given to applicants with a lived experience of disability, however non-disabled applicants are still encouraged to apply.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate for production and arts administration
* Is interested and committed to working with diverse teams
* Is observant with a good eye for detail
* Has some experience in live events at any level
Dates: November 7th - December 23rd - Seven weeks total
Hours: 20 - 25 per week
To apply please submit a resume and an introduction of yourself in any form that suits you (e.g. typed, video, voice recording) to producer@touchcompass.org.nz. Applications close at midnight, Wednesday October 26th.
